Shipping & Returns

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped including tracking details. Please allow up to 48hrs for your tracking details to register.


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.

Parcel tracking:

In-store Pick Up 

We offer in store pick up to our Gold Coast locals, simply select ‘In Store Pick Up’ at checkout and you will receive an email once your order is ready for collection in store. Your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 business days. 

Our in store pick up hours are: 

Monday - Saturday: 9-4

Sunday: 9-2.30

Please have your order confirmation email ready with you when you come in store to pick up your order.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to absolutely adore your Saint Harlowe purchase. If for any reason your purchase isn’t quite right for you, you are welcome to return it to us within 14 business days of receiving your order in exchange for an online store credit.   

  • Items returned outside of this period will not be accepted unless previously authorised. 
  • Your item(s) will need to be in their original condition, unworn with tags attached.
  • Please note we do not offer refunds for any purchases unless the garment is deemed faulty.
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and we highly recommend using a traceable delivery method.
  • Online store credits have no expiry date.
  • Sale items (including flash sales or where a discount code has been applied) cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, beauty and wellness products are not returnable.
  • Swimwear must be tried on wearing undergarments. If you wish to return an item, the tags and protective hygiene strip must remain in place.

    In Store Returns 

    To return your in store purchased item, please bring your item in its original condition with your receipt for either an exchange or credit note.

    Faulty or Damaged Items

    We do check each garment before sending but if we have missed something or you find your item/s to be faulty, please contact us immediately with your order number & fault reason, if possible, please provide images so we can get a clear understanding of the issue.

    • Please understand we have a strict 14-day policy to return a faulty item, after this time we are unable to accept faulty returns.
    • In relation to the Australian Consumer Affairs law, we are not required to replace or refund an item that is damaged as per misuse or general wear and tear.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Saint Harlowe takes no responsibility in tracking your return. 
    • If the product is deemed faulty, we can happily replace the garment/product or offer a full refund.
    • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    SALE Items

    Sale/promotional items cannot be refunded or returned for a store credit. This includes flash % off sales, promotional sales and discount codes used.

    How Do I Return My Item? 

    To return an item please contact for a return slip, either email back the filled out return slip or include in your returned package
