We offer free Standard Shipping within Australia for all orders over $100 AUD and free Express Shipping within Australia for all orders over $150.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped including tracking details. Please allow up to 48hrs for your tracking details to register.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello(at)st-harlowe.com.au with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.

In-store Pick Up 

We offer in store pick up to our Gold Coast locals, simply select ‘In Store Pick Up’ at checkout and you will receive an email once your order is ready for collection in store. Your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 business days. 

Our in store pick up hours are: 

Monday - Saturday: 9am - 4pm

Sunday: 9:30am - 2.30pm

Please have your order confirmation email ready with you when you come in store to pick up your order.
